New butt

Since its relaunch in 2022, BUTT has been filling its pages with extraordinary people, unexpected encounters, and plenty of reasons to get turned on. NEW BUTT brings together a selection of the best stories from this latest chapter, taking a wide-ranging, wonderfully unhinged look at queer life in the 2020s.

From Jean Paul Gaultier and Arca to Honey Dijon, Juliana Huxtable, Édouard Louis, and Gary Indiana, these pages gather cultural icons alongside DJs, sex workers, writers, artists, club kids, and under-the-radar hotties — all with their own stories to tell, and usually something unexpected to say.

Inside, generations rub shoulders (and other body parts) as pop culture collides with queer subcultures. Expect frank conversations, unlikely pairings, intimate portraits, outrageous anecdotes, and plenty of sex. From hormones and gender-affirming surgery to dark rooms, dating, desire, and the pleasures of a good old-fashioned party, nothing is off limits for BUTT.

NEW BUTT celebrates the iconic magazine’s first quarter century, giving you the chance to dive into its particular brand of smart, sexy irreverence. It’s a book about the wildly diverse group of fabulous people who make queer culture what it is today: thoughtful, horny, global, and impossible to pin down. Whether you’ve been a devotee since the beginning or have recently discovered the magazine, the edition is a reminder that there’s always another good story, and hot surprise, waiting for you in BUTT magazine.
